There’s no catch—no penalties, no impact to your account standing, and no change to your monthly payment amount or lease end date.

How it Works
Email [email protected] or chat with us to request the offer. No documentation or proof of hardship is required.
Once accepted, your next scheduled lease payment will be skipped. No payment will be drafted from your account for that month.
The skipped payment amount will be added as a final payment at the end of your lease term.
All remaining monthly payments will resume on their normal schedule. Your lease end date will not change, but your payment schedule will be extended to include the deferred payment.
Note: If the home is sold and transferred to a new owner, the original homeowner will remain responsible for any deferred payments.

Active lease in good standing (or no more than one month past due)
Currently enrolled in autopay (or enrolling at the time of request)

Important to Know
The deferred payment will appear as an additional final payment at the end of your lease term. Your regular monthly payment amount and lease end date will remain unchanged. This offer can be used up to five times per lease term for eligible autopay customers.
Acceptance of this offer constitutes agreement to the revised payment schedule.
