Virtual NOC (Notice Of Commencement) - Signed and notarized
What is it?: The NOC must be signed for all Florida deals in order to submit a permit. This document must be signed in the presence of a notary.
Is it required? Yes, the NOC is required in order to submit permits. Sales members are highly encouraged to complete a virtual NOC at point of sale, in order to clear the customer's path to permitting.
How does it work?: Sales members can complete the NOC via our virtual notary service, directly with the customer at point of sale, 24/7.
