Utility Bill --or-- Utility API Connection	Upload	N/A	- All pages required. A recent copy (within 2 months) is required. - Utility API connection acceptable, if available for the utility
Interconnection	E-Signature	Utility Bill Holder	Must be signed by the person on UB Utility ACE does not have a point of sale interconnection signature.
SREC Forms	E-Signature	System Owner	Once signed by the client, the doc may remain in SENT status until signed by Palmetto closer to installation. The customer needs to check the first box on the Schedule A Form. If they check the second box, we cannot register them with SRECTrade.
