New York - Contract Received Confirmed (CRC) Checklist

The following NY utilities have the same CRC Checklist/Closing Documents requirements:

NY Tax Incentives Acknowledgement Form	E-Signature	System Owner	The Tax Incentives Acknowledgement is a letter written by Palmetto explaining how to apply for a NYS Solar Tax Credit & Property Tax Exemption. It's combined in the HIC.
Utility Bill	Upload	N/A	All pages required. A recent copy (within 3 months) is required.
HOA Questionnaire	E-Signature	System Owner(s)	Palmetto is not responsible for HOA recourse against clients if they answer "no" on this form.
Interconnection Packet Letter of Authorization Standardized Contract (Appendix A or Form K depending on utility)	E-Signature	Utility Account Holder	Letter of Authorization is a NY requirement granting approval for Palmetto to work with the utility on the customer's behalf
Virtual Site Survey (VSS) Submitted			- Can be completed by rep or homeowner - Completed in full with clear photos - Click here for a full sales VSS guide
