The Big Picture: Alchemy will alert Sales Partners when a contact being created is outside of a Palmetto service area. This way, Sales Partners can focus sales in areas that Palmetto can efficiently service.
What is the experience be for Sales Partners:
If contact address is outside of a State / Utility that Palmetto services, it will show "Utility Not Supported”
If contact address is within a Utility that Palmetto services, but also in a Palmetto Exclusion Zone, it will show "Outside of Palmetto Service Area. This lead is outside of the Palmetto Service Area for this utility."
