Things to know about the guarantee
The timeline guarantee applies starting once a final proposal has been submitted as an order. Orders must have completed site approval/site survey, all closing documents signed, and any necessary change orders completed. The timeline guarantee is defined from the date of final order submitted to the date of installation complete.
Timeline guarantees do not apply to projects with these situations, which may create unforeseen delays:
Pre-construction work (re-roofs, electrical upgrades)
Customers with an HOA
Customer requested design changes post-sale
Change Order response timeline from the partner > than 48 hrs
Any change order driven by the customer after the final proposal is executed and submitted for fulfillment
