Scheduling Basics

  • Installation job offers will be sent via email.

  • Please respond to all job offers. Be sure to open and reject jobs that you cannot take. Block Time in Alchemy when your crews are not available.

  • If your schedule is managed by Palmetto, you will only receive confirmation emails, and jobs will be added to your calendar in Alchemy.


STEP 1 Check your email for job offers.


STEP 2 Select an installation date and Accept the job or click Reject Job.

  • There will be three options in the email for an installation date.

  • If your crew is unavailable for the installation, open the email and reject the job to ensure efficient scheduling for your team and our homeowners.


STEP 3 Once you have accepted a job it will be added to your calendar in Alchemy.

  • You will also receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and a link to the project documents.

  • Select a job in your calendar to view project documents.


STEP 4 Log in to Alchemy to view all of your upcoming installations in one place.
