Be polite and courteous while interacting with customers and conducting services.
Dress professionally and appropriately in Palmetto-provided gear.
Refrain from using profane language, playing loud or vulgar music, or talking on the phone near the job site.
Do not eat, smoke, or vape in or around the customer's home.
Keep a clean and organized workspace and dispose of all trash.
Keep the customer informed throughout the entire installation process.
Communicate clearly and often about timelines, design, and onsite safety.
