Build Partner Crews use the job closeout app to document installation progress and photos.

With the Job Closeout App Build Partners can:

  • Contact customers, send ETA text messages, and get driving directions to the job site.

  • View system design, details, and documents.

  • Follow a checklist for improved customer experiences and upload photos for JCO.


STEP 1 On the day of an install, Palmetto will create and send a unique link for each project.

The link is available under the customer's name in your schedule and will also be texted to your scheduling contacts.


STEP 2 Open the link on any device in any browser.


STEP 3 Send the customer an ETA and navigate to their home.

Use the built-in app or click Get Directions to open your Maps app.


STEP 4 When you arrive on site, upload a photo of the front of the home.


STEP 5 Follow the checklists provided to greet the customer and walk them through the plans.


STEP 6 Upload photos throughout the installation.

Multiple crew members can upload photos to the app simultaneously.


STEP 7 When the installation is complete, all checklist items are marked, and all photos have been uploaded, click 'Send for Job Closeout.'
