Use this script to greet the customer and review plans when you arrive.

Palmetto Partner:

Good morning. I am______from_________on behalf of Palmetto.

We spoke on the phone earlier, and we will be installing your solar system today.

As my crew sets up our work area, I would like to review the panel layout,

conduit runs, and overall finished product with you.

A couple of things before we get started:

  • During the installation, please keep any pets or children away from the construction site for their safety.

  • Upon completion, we will conduct a post-installation review with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Notes:

  • Ensure that you review the plans with the homeowner. Verify their name which will appear on the installation plans and documents.

  • After reviewing the plans, address any questions the customer has.
