2) Palmetto Account
A Palmetto Account (via app or web browser) is required on all sales
Homeowners complete stip requirements via their Palmetto account (learn more here)
ACH payment input recommended at point of sale, required before Notice to Proceed
3) Billing
Homeowner's first bill will come approx. 30 days after activation
30 Day billing cycles, with 15 day payment terms
Billing details available via homeowner's Palmetto account
Rate escalator determined at time of sale is applied every 12 months to the kilowatt hour billing rate
4) Performance Guarantee with Protect
