|Does it apply to TPO deals?||A: No, Protect does not apply to deals signed off platform, such as with any Sunnova deals.|
|What is the cost to me, the sales representative?||A: Protect subscriptions, when rolled into new contracts, are applied as an adder for the listed price of the selected Protect plan.|
|Is there an opt-out?||A: No, there is no opt-out. However, Protect V1 currently has a free version available and can be selected when building your new homeowner's proposal. Protect V2, launching June 2021, will no longer feature a Free Option.|
|What if my homeowner wants to make changes to their plan?||A: Homeowners can contact Palmetto Customer Care directly via their Palmetto App or by calling or emailing us at help.palmetto.com|
|When can the homeowner take advantage of their services?||A: Homeowners are automatically sent reminders and details of their services via the Palmetto App|
|What about existing, previously-installed customers?||
A: Existing homeowners already previously installed can also subscribe via their Palmetto App.
|What about existing, non-Palmetto customers with non-Palmetto systems?||
A: Non-Palmetto customers with existing PV systems can also enroll effective May 2021.
