G	Brownsville Public Utilities Consumption Request	E-signature	Utility Bill Holder	Optional if you would like Palmetto to request historical consumption from the utility this form and a Photo ID are required from the Utility Account Holder. Alternatively, customers can send it to CustomerService@brownsville-pub.com directly. System sizes are limited to 90% offset, and strictly enforced.
