Fulfillment Status offers detailed information on the customer's project & current progress.

Sales members can use the Fulfillment Status tab to monitor the progress of a customer’s solar installation & find detailed information about the project.

After a homeowner has signed closing documents, sales reps can find more information on where the project is at in the solar journey from contract to PTO, by navigating to Fulfillment Status, as shown below.

BENEFITS OF CHECKING FULFILLMENT STATUS:

  • Easily understand which tasks have been completed, in-progress, or on hold

  • See task-specific job updates, categorized in easy to understand sections

  • View timestamps for when each item was last worked on

  • View additional notes/details for items on hold

  • Stages will continue to update for the entire project lifecycle from contract to PTO

  • Sales members can use this feature to self-service & help customers understand project delays


FAQs:

How can I find information about a customer’s solar project?

Check the fulfillment status tab to quickly self-service & find answers for your customers by seeing detailed status information, down to the specific task, rather than needing to reach out to Palmetto to get an update.

Can I check Order Status instead of Fulfillment Status?

Fulfillment status is an upgrade to Order Status, which it will eventually replace. For a more accurate & up-to-date understanding of where the project is at, be sure to check Fulfillment Status.

Why can't I see this tab for my customer?

The Fulfillment Status tab will only appear for customers after the initial contracts have been signed and approved, including the Homeowner Installation Contract.

How can I get more information on a customer's project if I still have questions?

Use the in-app chat support option available through the sales platform to chat with a member of our team during available support hours - or email [email protected] -including your customer's name, address, and your inquiry.
