NTP | Payment set up is an NTP requirement. It is the responsibility of the Sales Rep to ensure execution of this with the homeowner. Therefore, it is recommended to complete ACH at point of sale when possible.

| Homeowner must complete identify verification
|
Title | Some Homeowners will be asked to upload a document affirming that they own the home. This will only be asked of about 10% of all sales, most will be automatically verified. They will click on "Title Verification" on their tasklist via their web account. Document must show full name and address. Acceptable documents:
For Properties owned in a Trust/LLC:

Signing Contract | Homeowners can now sign their LightReach contract in their Palmetto account. Make the process more seamless for your customers by putting all the steps they need to complete in one place.
Click "Sign Contract" in the list of tasks to open the contract in DocuSign.

Close-Out | Don't stop until all stips are cleared!
Like the examples above, each item in the app will clearly explain all requirements to your customer, but it's up to you to make sure they know that they need to complete all the items in the app in order to have the stipulations cleared and for their order to move on.
Don't Forget: If customers miss or delete the email directing them to complete these steps, you can send them an invitation to the App at any time from the right hand side of the customer's contact page in the sales platform.
