Activate your Palmetto LightReach account

When you first sign up for a LightReach Energy Plan, you'll receive an email and text message (SMS) to activate your Palmetto account. To ensure a smooth setup, you must complete the following steps within your account:

  • LightReach Contract: Review and sign your energy plan agreement.

  • Identity Verification: Confirm your identity.

  • Direct Debit or ACH Payment Setup: Set up your preferred payment method.

We typically automatically verify that you own the property where your solar system will be installed. However, in some cases, we may request additional documentation to confirm ownership.
