How to Use Sunny

You can access Sunny through your Palmetto account, mobile app, or online in our Help Center. It's simple, just start a chat and type your question. Sunny will provide helpful responses based on your inquiry and direct you to relevant articles when needed. Additionally, after each conversation, a copy of the chat transcript will be sent to your registered email address, and you can also access your chat history directly within the Palmetto app.

You can also track your past conversations with Sunny and our live agents as long as you're logged in to your account, ensuring you always have a record of the support you've received.

If you encounter any issues accessing your chat history or transcripts, ensure your email address is correct, update the Palmetto app to the latest version, or contact customer support for assistance. For example, if you switch tasks within the app, such as taking a picture of your electric bill, the chat will remain active and accessible when you return. Additionally, a copy of the conversation will be sent to your email automatically.
