This service allows sales reps to send a link via email and SMS to the customer, directing them to a web app to sign all documents at once, providing an easy “checklist” experience for customers, with all documents centralized.

Benefits of this DocuSign improvement:

  • Faster close process for reps, with less CRC kick-backs due to incomplete documents

  • This will save customers from searching for several DocuSign emails

  • Customers will see a list of documents requiring a signature. They can sign their document in the application or in a separate window

  • Completing their signature will close the window and return the customer to the landing page showing the documents they have signed

If the customer is getting a loan, they will still receive their loan documents via email through our loan partner, not through this process.

Does the customer have to login or create a login?

  • No, the customer does not have to create a login or have a login to access the application.

Which customer's will get the email?

  • All customers will get a unique email and will only be displayed the documents they are required to sign.

Will the customer also be receiving DocuSign emails?

  • No, the customer will only receive the one email?

Does the customer receive an SMS link as well?

  • Yes, the customer will receive an SMS link that will direct them to the same page. The customer can unsubscribe anytime by replying with "stop".

If the customer is getting a loan, will they be able to sign their loan documents through the web application?

  • Not at this time. The customer will still receive their loan documents via email through our loan partner.

What happens if a DocuSign get's resent using a single one-off?

  • The customer will receive the same email that will take them to the same landing page to sign their documents.

What happens if the customer already has already signed documents through DocuSign and this feature goes live?

  • The customer will be able to see their already signed documents checked off. Any new DocuSign documents will be visible as well.

What if the customer does not see the email in their email box?

  • Check to see if the email address is correct, then ask them to check their spam folder.

Can customers' upload documents from this web application?

  • No, currently for the first iteration customers can only sign DocuSign generated agreements.

Who is the email going to be coming from and what is the subject line?
