What prepaying means
When you prepay, you pay all your remaining monthly lease payments at once. Palmetto still owns the system, and your service, maintenance, and support continue exactly as your agreement describes.
How long it takes
There are two timelines to keep in mind:
Submit your request at least 60 days before closing. That gives you time to gather documents, get your quote, and review it before your closing date.
Your quote takes 10 to 15 business days. That clock starts once we have all your required documents. Most of the time goes to collecting and processing them.
Sending complete documents quickly is the best way to stay on schedule.

Have an upcoming closing or deadline?
If you're selling or refinancing, send your request as soon as you know your closing date. Delays in sending documents push back your quote, but your closing date won't move to match.
