In most cases, payments made to your Palmetto account will appear within 24-48 hours. During this time, the payment may display as “Payment in process.” This means the payment is still being processed and has not yet posted to your transaction history.
Why isn’t my payment showing yet?
If your payment has not posted after 48 hours, it may be due to one of the following:
Payment processing time: Some payments remain in a pending state until processing is complete.
Account changes: Updates such as placing Autopay on hold or changing payment settings may temporarily affect processing.
System delays: In rare cases, system maintenance or high payment volume may cause delays.
What should I do if my payment hasn’t posted after 48 hours?
First, confirm the payment was successfully processed by your bank or payment provider. You can do this by checking your bank statement or payment confirmation.

When will my transaction history update?
Once payment processing is complete, the status will update and the payment will appear in your transaction history—typically within 24–48 hours.
