Activate your Palmetto account

When you sign up for your Palmetto Energy Plan, you’ll receive an email and text message (SMS) with a link to activate your account. To get started, simply click the link in your activation email.

To complete your setup, follow these steps in your Palmetto account:

  1. Review and sign your contract
    Go over your energy plan agreement and provide your signature.

  2. Verify your identity
    Confirm your identity to help keep your account secure.

  3. Set up your payment method
    Add your preferred payment option using direct debit (ACH).

In most cases, we’re able to automatically confirm that you own the property where your solar system will be installed. If we need additional information, we’ll reach out to request documentation.

Having trouble?

  • Double-check that your contact information is correct

  • Look for verification messages in your email or text inbox (including spam or junk folders)

Your solar installer is also a great partner to help guide you through these final steps and ensure everything is ready for activation.
