How to set up payments for LightReach

Connecting your bank account for LightReach direct debit payments is a simple and easy process. You can set up and manage your payment method through your Palmetto account on the billing page.

During the onboarding process, you will see a prompt on your dashboard to start the payment setup.

Setting up your payment method:

  1. Enter the payment setup flow.

  2. Provide your bank information, including whether the account is checking or savings, the account number, and the routing number.

  3. If required by your bank, you may be asked to upload an image of a voided check. Make sure the account number, routing number, and your name are visible.

Note: If you need to add a credit card or make a manual payment, please contact our billing team by chat or by calling 855-339-1831. These actions cannot be done in the Palmetto app.
