How to set up payments for LightReach

Connecting your bank account for LightReach direct debit payments is simple and easy!

During your onboarding you will see an item presented on your dashboard that allows you to enter the payment setup flow. (You can always edit this payment method from the "Billing" page of your Palmetto account)

Setting up your payment method

After entering into the setup flow start by entering your bank information including whether the account is checking or savings, the account number, and the routing number.

After providing this information we may ask you to upload an image of a voided check. Sometimes this is required depending on your bank. Almost all file types are accepted so upload what works best for you. Make sure the account number, routing number, and your name are visible on the check.

That's it you're done! Easy peasy.
