Connecting your bank account for LightReach direct debit payments is a simple and easy process. You can set up and manage your payment method through your Palmetto account on the billing page.
During the onboarding process, you will see a prompt on your dashboard to start the payment setup.
Setting up your payment method:
- Enter the payment setup flow. 
- Provide your bank information, including whether the account is checking or savings, the account number, and the routing number. 
- If required by your bank, you may be asked to upload an image of a voided check. Make sure the account number, routing number, and your name are visible. 
Note: If you need to add a credit card or make a manual payment, please contact our billing team by chat or by calling 855-339-1831. These actions cannot be done in the Palmetto app.
