Connecting your payment method for Palmetto is a simple and easy process. You can set up and manage your payment method through your Palmetto account on the billing page or directly in the Palmetto app.
During the onboarding process, you will see a prompt on your dashboard to start the payment setup.
Setting up your payment method:
Enter the payment setup flow.
Choose your payment method — ACH bank transfer, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX).
For ACH: provide your bank information, including whether the account is checking or savings, the account number, and the routing number. If required by your bank, you may be asked to upload an image of a voided check.
For debit or credit card: enter your card number, expiration date, CVV, name, and ZIP code.
Important: The monthly payment amount shown in your agreement reflects pricing with ACH Auto Pay enabled.
If you turn off Auto Pay, you will not be eligible for the $15 autopay discount, and it will not be included in your bill.
If you choose to pay with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will apply, disclosed up front before you submit.
Debit cards have no processing fee.
Making a One-Time Payment
If your account has a past-due balance, you can make a one-time payment directly in the Palmetto app. Tap Pay Now under Payment Information, choose the amount (full balance, past-due only, or custom), select ACH or a credit/debit card, and submit.
