Creating your account

As a new customer, you should receive a welcome email with instructions on how to activate your personal solar account and mobile app. If you have not received that email at the address you provided to Palmetto or are having trouble, please contact our Customer Experience team.

Logging into your account

If you already have a Palmetto solar account, visit home.palmetto.com and enter your information to log in.

One-Time passcode

For a quick and secure login without a traditional password, you can use a one-time passcode. This sends a 6 digit code via SMS or email directly to you.

On the login screen, select the "Send me a one-time Passcode" option.
Choose whether you want the passcode sent to your email or mobile device.
Once the passcode is sent, copy it from the message and enter it into the designated space on the login screen.

Important: One-time passcodes expire and should be used within 3 minutes of being sent. You can use this option every time you log into your online account.

Each login remains active for (7) days. After that time, you will be prompted to re-enter your account credentials. If your device supports biometric authentication (fingerprint, face ID, etc) you can enable it in your device settings to make logging in easier.

Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in:

On the login screen, select the "Forgot password?" link
Enter your email address and click "Send Email"
If the email you entered matches an account on file, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
