Log in with a one-time passcode
On the login screen, select Send me a one-time passcode and choose SMS or email.
Enter the 6-digit code. It expires in 5 minutes.
Reset your password instead
Select Forgot password? and enter your email address. If it matches an account on file, we’ll send you a reset link.
Common login problems
Reset email not arriving
If you requested a password reset or one-time passcode but haven't received anything:
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Palmetto.
Make sure you're using the email address you provided when you signed up. Only one email is supported per account.
Try the one-time passcode option and select SMS if your mobile number is on file.
If you're still not receiving anything, your account may not be activated yet.
Account not yet activated
If your solar installation is still in progress, your Palmetto account may not be fully set up yet. In that case:
You may not be able to log in or reset your password through the app.
Account changes like email or phone updates need to go through your sales representative or installer.
Once your system is activated, you'll receive a welcome email with setup instructions.
If you think your system is already active but you still can't get in, let us know and we'll take a look.
Wrong email or phone number on file
The contact info on your account may differ from what you’re trying. Try any other emails or phone numbers you’ve used with Palmetto, or use the other passcode option:
Can’t use your email? Request a passcode by SMS, then go to Profile to update your email.
Can’t use your phone? Request a passcode by email, then go to Profile to update your phone number.
If you get into the app but hit an error, send us a screenshot and tell us what you tried. Not sure what’s on file? Reach out and we’ll help sort it out.
Can't access either the email or phone on file
If you can’t access either one, passcodes won’t work for you, and our team will need to verify your identity and update your contact details. Contact us with your name and the address associated with your account, and we’ll get you back in.
