View Your Contract Online
Log in to your Palmetto account.
Navigate to the Billing page.
Locate the Documents section.
Select the link for your Palmetto contract to open and review the file.
If You’re Unable to Access Your Document
If you do not see the document or are having trouble opening it, you can contact Customer Experience by phone, email, or chat. A team member can provide a digital copy for you.
Additional Copies of Your Contract
You will receive one physical copy of your documents when the contract is initially signed.
Any additional copies are provided digitally only (via chat or email).
Additional physical copies are only sent if one of the following applies:
Fraud or Identity Claim: You believe there is fraud related to your account or documents.
Never Received the Contract: You indicate that you did not receive or have the opportunity to review your original contract. In these cases, our team will review the request and confirm eligibility before sending another physical copy.
If these exceptions are not met, additional physical copies will not be mailed.
